Order Creation & Processing:
All orders are created upon submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. For custom items, allow 72-96 hours for delivery, depending on the order details. Order confirmations are emailed after purchase, and tracking information will be provided once processing and shipping are complete.

Processing Times by Order Type:

  • Standard Orders: Up to 4 business days
  • Express Orders: Up to 3 business days
  • Rush Orders: Up to 1 business day
  • Note: Custom orders may vary in shipping time. For custom items, we recommend placing orders 3-4 weeks in advance.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region:
(Shipping times start from the dispatch date and do not include processing times)

  • U.S.: 7-14 days
  • Europe: 5-15 days
  • Asia: 7-15 days
  • Oceania: 15-20 days
  • South America: 12-20 days
  • Africa: 7-15 days (select regions)

Please be aware that shipping times are estimates and may be delayed by factors such as holidays, bad weather, or customs.

Customizable Products & Revisions:
For customizable items, we offer up to two minor revisions to ensure satisfaction. Please provide specific feedback for revisions to expedite the process. Major modifications or complete redesigns are not covered and may incur additional charges.

Refunds & Returns:
We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. Please contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

Shipping & Responsibility:
We primarily use DHL but may change carriers based on local customs requirements. Once packages leave our care, SweeTease Designs is not responsible for late deliveries, lost, damaged, or stolen items. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. We are also not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival.

Portfolio Use:
SweeTease Designs reserves the right to include completed graphics in our professional portfolio to showcase our skills and broaden our client base. This helps clients envision potential designs and applications.
