Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days for most items that qualify. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
Limited Revisions: For customizable products, we offer up to two revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Please provide detailed feedback for revisions to expedite the process.
No Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. This policy applies to all our products without exception. We encourage customers to contact us with any questions or concerns before making a purchase.
Clear Revision Scope: Revisions are limited to minor modifications and adjustments. Major changes or complete redesigns are not covered under the two revisions policy and may incur additional charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unworn and Untouched: The item should show no signs of wear, such as stretching, marks, or any form of damage. It should essentially look as if it has just been taken out of its original packaging for the first time.

Preservation of the New Item State: The product must be in a condition that is considered new, which means it hasn't been washed, worn, or has any odors, stains, or pet hair on it.

Complete with Original Components: Along with the item itself, all original tags, manuals, accessories, and freebies included with the product must be returned unaltered and intact.

Ready for Resale: The item must be in a condition that allows it to be resold, meaning it's in the original, undamaged packaging with the product itself showing no signs of use.

Product Integrity: It's crucial that the product and its packaging have not been tampered with or modified, ensuring the next customer receives it in brand new condition.

No Evidence of Use: The product should not exhibit any evidence that it has been employed for its intended or any other purpose, remaining pristine and untouched.

Retail Condition: The item must be in a condition that would be acceptable for sale in a retail environment, including its packaging, which should not have been opened or damaged.

As Received by the Customer: The condition of the item must mirror the state in which the customer received it from the seller, including the product's functionality, accessories, and presentation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, email us at support@sweeteasedesigns.com with at least 4 WELL LIT photos or videos of the damages or defectiveness. You will have 72 hours after delivery receipt to send the email to us or your exchange/return will be denied. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, only credit.
Shipping
To return your product, you send us an email at support@sweeteasedesigns.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the company is liable, a return label will be submitted, but if the customer is liable, you must pay for the shipping to return the item. You have 7 days from the date of delivery for all returns. Items sent without notice will not be accepted for a return.
Discount Codes
You must apply discount code at check out. If you forget to apply a discount code, we can't alter your amount to reflect the discount code. SweeTease Designs reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. Sales tax, shipping & handling do not qualify for discount. No rain checks issued.
